What CMSKeeper does for your site
Automatic Updates
CMSKeeper connects to your server over SSH, takes a database and file backup, and installs core, plugin and theme updates one at a time. Each update is risk-scored against its own changelog before it goes in, and your site’s rules decide what is allowed: never-auto plugins stay put, core can be held to minor releases only. The fully automated pipeline runs on WordPress today, and we take on Drupal maintenance as well.

Automated Testing
After every update, Playwright drives your site in a real browser (forms, checkout, login, key pages) while PHP checks run inside the CMS itself, and before and after screenshots are compared pixel by pixel. If the health check, the tests or the visual comparison say something broke, that update is rolled back in the same run. Anything genuinely risky is tried on a copy of your site on our server before it is offered to the live one.

Monitoring and Reports
Between maintenance runs, CMSKeeper keeps checking that your site is actually up. Once a month you get a single report: availability, every update installed with security updates called out, backups taken, checks run, incidents, and anything still waiting on a decision from you.

Backups You Can Restore From
Every site keeps three copies: one on your own server for the fastest rollback, one on ours in case the hosting disappears, and an off-site copy in EU storage. A backup is taken before every install, so no update goes in without somewhere to fall back to. Restores are a single command, and we take a safety copy of the current state before overwriting anything.
